+Main Principle:
-Q8-UV3 Accelerated Aging Tester adopts fluorescent UV light UVA-340 and the water-spray system in order to imitate the damage of sunlight, rain, humidity etc.
The samples is under UV radiation damage and the water spray damage circularly.The damage intensity would be more than 1o times of the damage in the natural environment.
-The damage is like: fading, changing color, delamination, haze, bubbles, embrittlement , aging, oxidation etc.

+UV light :
-There are 8 UV lights installed inside the tester.
-Two type of UV light for option: UVA-340 and UVB-313
-UVA-340: spectral radiation intensity focus on 340nm wavelength
-UVB-313 spectral radiation intensity focus on 313nm wavelength
-Uselife cycle of the UV light: 1800～2500hours
-Because the radiation intensity is becoming weak after using, so after the 25% of the uselife circle, please replace one of the "old UV light " by "non-used UV light", then the Radiation Intensity will be constant.
+Black Board:
-Temperature Deviation of different pieces of test samples:≤4% （the temperature is even on the surfaces of the samples）
-Temperature Inspector:Pt-100 Sensor(±2.0℃) (Accurately inspecting the temperature)

-Water vapour reaches the code face of samples and become water.
