CnC PVB EVA Laminated Glass
CnC Laminated glass is a combination of two or more glass sheets with
one or more plastic inter layers (EVA /PVB)sandwiched by the glass
sheets. In case of breakage the interlayer will hold the glass
fragments together. It is manufactured through a process of heat and
vacuuming.
CnC Laminated glass is used when there is a possibility of human
impact or where the glass could fall if shattered. It can be found in
windshields, skylights, balconies, bank teller windows, and jewelry
counters to name a few applications.
Application: Building, window and door, high grade curtain wall,
lighting, skylight, elevated floor, furniture, showcase, counter,
automotive glass and aquarium etc.
Max Size: 2000*6000mm
Single glass thick: 3-20mm
PVB: 0.38mm and multiple of 0.38 mm (EVA /PVB)
Float glass is made with a mixture of silica sand, soda ash, dolomite
and various other carefully mixed and weighed ingredients. The mixed
batch is sent to a furnace for melting into a glass liquid at high
(over 1500 ℃) temperature. After leaving the furnace in a continuous
process the glass liquid is floated on top of molten tin in a tin bath
from where it passes into the annealing lehr for cooling and
solidifying into a continuous glass ribbon.
Applications
Float glass can be processed by various means into coated, tempered,
insulating, and bent glass.
